The following terms apply to all wholesale orders placed with Silrenza, including orders made through Faire or direct wholesale arrangements.

Wholesale orders are intended for resale by approved retailers.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs), pricing, and availability may vary by product and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
All wholesale orders are final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and fulfillment methods will be confirmed prior to shipment.
Silrenza reserves the right to modify wholesale terms and product availability at any time.
