This Shipping Policy applies to all wholesale orders, including orders placed through Faire or via direct wholesale arrangements.

  • Shipping costs are not included in wholesale pricing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or confirmed separately prior to shipment.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on order size, destination, and product availability.

Fulfillment Locations

Wholesale orders may be fulfilled from one of the following locations, depending on inventory availability:

  • Canada

  • China (Hangzhou)

The fulfillment location will be confirmed at the time of order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after order confirmation and payment approval.

  • Production or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated in advance.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a reference only and are not guaranteed.

  • Silrenza is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment, unless otherwise agreed.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Silrenza is not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Availability of tracking depends on the selected carrier and destination.
