📅 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
• Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is delivered.

⚠️ Do not send your return without contacting us first. Returns must be approved by customer service before shipping back.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
