Return Policy (Wholesale Orders Only)

Silrenza operates as a wholesale-only business. All products are sold for resale purposes, and the following return policy applies to all wholesale orders, including orders placed through Faire or direct wholesale arrangements.


Final Sale Policy

  • All wholesale orders are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders unless the items are defective or incorrectly shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Upon review and approval, Silrenza will arrange a replacement, credit, or other appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under all circumstances:

  • Wholesale merchandise sold for resale

  • Final sale items

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special production items


Shipping & Claims

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Silrenza is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier after delivery, but we will assist with claims where applicable.
